  • Hi everybody!

Are there any BetFair / MarketFeeder Pro users from France?
Are you facing problems with access to BetFair?
Did BetFair restrict access to their site only or closes accounts from France as well?
    Has anybody found any solution?
    Please share your thoughts here.
    Thanks.

  • hi
i have not used this product, but it will help to overcome your problem, there are many sites that do this, some cost a lot of money and some no money, the no money sites reset every 20 mins or so.

  • Hello,
Is there anyone who trade from France ? If yes, how do you do?
    Thanks,

  • As stated earlier if you are french you will not be able to open a Betfair account.
The best you can do is find someone else to open the account for you.

Once that is done, if you are in France, you will need a server or VPS that is not in France to access the site from.

  • thank you for your reply, I know this but it is very difficult (and risky) to find such a person...

  • Try this.

Open an account on Betfair with a UK address.
Find an address and post code here:http://postcode.royalmail.com/portal/rm/postcodefinder;jsessionid=VU2YKPFDXYOSOFB2IGJFEOQ?catId=400145&gear=postcode

Just enter a UK town and then a made up address, for example 17 Bridge Street
21 Station Road    24 High Street, it will then give you a list of closest matches with the correct postcode.  Don't use a French email address.

If you use Paypal or Moneybookers to fund the account, Betfair will not see any financial details.   Assuming you are not depositing or withdrawing large amounts then they should not require KYC checks.   Of course, all this is at your own risk.

When you have the account then go to:  www.tagadab.com   and buy a Windows 2003 32bit VPS - trial offer £2 per week then £24 per month thereafter.

You can access the server via Remote Desktop on a Windows PC.
Install MFPro, whatever else you want and off you go feeding the exchange from a UK datacentre.

  • hi
there is one problem with this, betfair requires address proof, so how do you give proof of address.
they will let you open the account, but you can only take out what money you put in,ie if you input 100€ then you win 1000€, you can only withdraw 100€, until you prove that you live at the address.
