Betfair problems

I registered for a free trial of Marketfeeder Pro logging in under my current BetFair username. I then had problems with a card payment so I closed that BetFair account and opened another one with a new username. I cant log in to Marketfeeder Pro with this name because I get the error message :  Invalid Vendor Software ID- current BetFair status : online

I presume I need to remove the old username from Marketfeeder Pro first. But how ?
I have tried getting rid of the first version and downloading it again but no good.
Anybody can help please ??

Our system should send you a confirming e-mail with id and link.
So probably it moved your e-mails to spam.

I'm checking the system right now, looks like we've missed some tickets...

Check your junk or spam folder. Mails sometimes go straight to that folder. I couldn't really get to see why those sometimes happen.
