Betfair session token

hi,

The old chestnut Betfair session token log in too many times etc
has happened twice today and once yesterday.
Are there any reasons given by Betfair as to why this happens?
My connection at the time was very secure as both times today
it was functioning properly. I do have a fast connection (BT Infinity One)
Will we ever find a permanent solution?

there has been some problems, betfair has been doing maintenance and upgrades.
they are working on various products and that means others start crashing.

confirming mcbee's post the following announcement by Befair refers to the outage on the 9th:

"Following planned maintenance this morning, we experienced an issue with the website and as a precaution, betting was disabled at 08:10.

The problem has been identified and mitigated enabling normal operations to resume. Betting was enabled at 11:56.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this disruption may have caused."

It was around 10.30am 11-Dec it shut down which tallies with the
time range you mentioned.
One thing I will point out which may help others, is that it
is not always a Betfair or MFP problem as temporary loss of internet
connection even for a few seconds can and does cause the Betfair Token message to appear resulting in timing out and shutting down. I have over a few months witnessed both scenarios and fortunately been able to distinguish between the two, when I'm on the computer that is.

They always do that. At leas they should have the decency to send out a notification email to the customers.
