Betfairs ip adress

Hi does anyone know the ip address for the api. betfair, I thought it was 84.20.200.10, but when I ping it I get unreachable, thanks Colin

api-au.betfair.com - 210.4.86.17

You can't ping that addresses.

OK cheers I can do a trace though I think to send to virgin also should I get the unreachable message when I ping as I get two time outs and two unreachable.
