bets being triggered but not showing up in matched bets - LIVE and TEST

Hi,

I am having a problem for the first time today.

My triggered bets are not showing up as a matched bet?

I have tried both test and live and the same problem is happening?

Any suggestions on how to fix this, has this happened to anyone else today?

If it has been working ok before then check the the program log for errors indicating connection or API faults. Also check the program log for errors that show Betfair may have rejected a bet e.g. bets below minimum liability.

If the problem is still ongoing:
In betting options settings check Update list of bets is set to 3 secs
Untick update bets individually for each market
Ignore all bets except those placed in the current profile should be unticked

If that still doesn't sort it, create a new settings Profile and try with the new Profile.
