Better Condition, Between, or More Than, Less Than

Got a trigger that a condition of is, that, the favourite's odds are between 2 and 3.
Is it better to use condition between 2 and 3, or conditions equal and bigger than 2 and equal or less than 3? Or is it irrelevant?

I thought that may have been the case.
in the interests of speed, if laying during running does it matter what order
is between 2 and 3 or is between 3 and 2.
I have stripped all the other conditions and set them in a trigger that runs once per market and that sets the lay amount to £5 or £0, so all the actual lay trigger itself has to do is run as quickly as possible.
