Betting in certain time intervals

I have a strategy on horseracing and the trigger should only bet on races after lets say 17:00 UK time. 

I fail to explain my trigger that market time should be >17:00.

Any ideas ?

Hi
use a condition:
and global current time is greater than 17:00
or
and global current time is between 17:00 and 23:59
