OK chaps - Can't get in today (12th May)

ERROR GETTING KEY
Unable to send request Unable to send request / 12002

Then when I press cancel it says 'Your registration key is not valid or expired. Do you need to purchase a new one?'

I have a lifetime license.

Help please.

Unable to log on this afternoon.
I have exactly the same problem as Nick777 above (lifetime licence, error messages 12002 and 12029).

How was the issue fixed?

Same thing today, I did have a glitch logging in but I was able to do so the next hour.

Our billing hosting provider was facing some problems with access from some locations.
From our point of view it's something global happened between EU and US.

From 1945 BST last night for about half an hour, logging in on MarketFeeder generated the attached message. After that all OK, and it's fine this morning.
