  • Please try:
    1. Disable antivirus-firewall or add feeder7.exe to exceptions
    2. Check if your proxy settings within Control panel -> Internet options -> Connections -> LAN are correct and doesn't use "Automatically detect settings"
    Let me know if nothing helps.

    I'm still using MFP 6

    Switching firewall/antivirus off does not help.

    I have also tried other suggestions I found on the forum> ipconfig /flushdns and 'Set Data Execution'. But could not find 'teditor' to add to exceptions. All to no avail.

    I am out tonight, but any suggestions I will be grateful for.

  • 12029 error returned if connection to the server failed.
    Please download our troubleshooting software, run it, follow all steps and send its log file to support.

  • Hello,
    I recently subscribed to and downloaded the Market Feeder software and subscribed to Time Machine.
    Time Machine told me to copy and paste a set of letters ( a key) into an `appropriate place` on the Market Feeder software.
    I have looked everywhere on the Market Feeder software and simply cannot find where to copy the key. It actually stated in the email I would be asked for the key on Marketfeeder.
    This is just not the case, I am not being prompted for the key.??
    Driving me crazy....their support have not replied to me as yet.
    Could you advise me in any way to get going with this

  • use built-in form to  log-in

    Choose software mode:  Time Machine
    Settings Profile: default or anything else

    Username:  ?
    Password: ?
    Log In

    If this is a new subscription you will be presented with a page where you can either enter your subscription key or follow a link a link to buy a subscription.

    Have you had a free trial and can still open the software?   If so, then click the down arrow in the orange Marketfeeder Professional screen, where you will be able to enter your subscription key.

    Yes same issue - service temporarily unavailable.  Betfair logon is fine directly.
