Can't Login

Hi
Have a lifetime license but can't login as get the message "It looks like you have installed the program without having registered. Would you like to register now". If I click yes then taken to online page that requires a subscription payment.
I haven't used program for few weeks and previously often used time machine as well as usual default mode. I think Time Machine mode has probably run out (unless I need to cancel it because it's on a running contract?). If expired then maybe that's the root of the problem as program thinks that I am now without any right to use software at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled program as well as make up a new profile but it makes no difference. Help / ideas would be appreciated.

You took a more recent subscription on top of your lifetime licence, so the expiration date was recent. I've fixed that, you should be able to log in now.
