Daily battle with Access violation.

Hi guys.... it's been a problem for many years..... just wondering if there is any chance of fixing this?

Day in, day out... randomly threw-out the day... any chance it can be fixed...? Can anyone tell me what I might be doing to cause it?

Only thing in the logs is this:

SMTP General Error. List index out of bounds (330)

Not sure if that is a result of the crash OR a cause OF the crash.

Do you send e-mail with your trigger or from program settings?

Program settings are sending email.... on trigger execute and account statement

more errors in logs after another crash:

Have it ever actually sent any e-mail?

Oh yer it sends emails perfectly fine for the majority of the day .. all day!

maybe, maybe not relevant to your problem.

I have just suddenly suffered with an exception error on loading MFP.
Turns out the program doesn't like % in the profile name I just created (I suspect this has been raised before as a thing to avoid).
Just curious if you happen to have any non alpha-numeric characters in the profile name that is suffering your issue?

Yes, that's a bug. That's happens because the profile name is actually a folder name on the disk.
