DATA CHARGES FROM BETFAIR. IS THIS POSSIBLE??

Hi friend
 today receive this bad new, data charges from betfair.

Problem is i think have program configured ok.
I do not open more that one instance, neigther a oficial web page betfair.com.

Put pic of my config to you see, is anything wrong here??

The connection monitor is fine but is not foolproof.
What about the trigger refresh rates, and how much are the bets for?
If it is less than £2 the transaction counts as 3 not 1 and can really add to your requests.

yes maybe is that problem
i made bets of 2 but greens and stop loss etc are most times under 2$

i have think maybe has i have timeframe in secs wrongly and maybe it shold be in minutes . But yeah make sence your point

Go through every item in Settings, and ask yourself do I really need these data refreshed so often, or at all?

Also, if this is your first offence,, BDP will refund the charge, if you ask them nicely.

If it is unticked how does this effect the prices displayed and monitored by the bot?

Retrieve all price offers
Tick this option if you want to download all price offers made for the selection, and not only the best three options. Downloading extended information certainly gives you a broader view on the back and lay volume ratio. Yet it takes much more time to update it and it will make an impact on the speed of refreshing the main data.

Once this option is activated, the POM (Pressure of Money) and WOM (Weight of Money) figures for every selection will be calculated with all price offers (all unmatched bets) in mind. Also, trigger variables back_volume and lay_volume will contain the sum of all amounts offered for a selection.
