  • Hi!
When I start the program MarketFeeder Pro 7  window appears with an error - ERROR, 32400; Empty XML; Current BetFair status: online.

    Firewall and antivirus disabled.

    Operating system Windows XP SP3.

Tell me please how to solve this problem.

  • Hi
These errors are usually internet connectivity issues to Betfair API (API fault, firewall, antivirus, proxy etc.) Have you logged in successfully previously? I just checked from here and all well, and Betfair do not report any problems. Rather than disable a/v and firewall try giving marketfeeder full access through them. Also worth trying a fresh download and install.

  • Check your proxy settings in Control Panel.
If nothing helps run this application and send its log file to support.

  • Launch was held in the operating systems Windows XP and Windows 7
(re-established, and with the firewall disabled and no antivirus).
    Everywhere the same error.

    Connection without a proxy server.
    Use a static IP

Still need to try to connect to another provider, and also
check the operation of the program

Customer support has not answered about how to solve this

  • Thanks for the reply mcbee

I wonder where you have seen the list of restricted countries on the official website of the program?

If you can send me a link I will be grateful

  • Hi

    I am from Ukraine

Direct access to the exchange betfair works and never had no problems appear
Other boats also work without problems

Most likely a problem with the provider

In service support responded that the program was wrong status (400).
This means that the request from the program to the server has been changed. Most likely the anti-virus or firewall, proxy servers, or NAT, or provider. Perhaps that "something" that changes the query does not support SSL connection (port 443).

  • hi
    thanks for the info.
you will have to give tim (WellDoneSoft) time to work on the problem.
the more info that you can give the quicker they can solve the problem.
has the bot worked at any time.
if so, what updates happened after (antivirus, windows etc).

  • Got exactly the same problem. Got told it was to do with internet provider or proxy which i dont run.  Other software works fine.  Unfortunately got told there is nothing they can do which is a joke.

  • We recently got number of reports about the problem. Looks like something changed from BetFair side or for some locations/configurations/accounts. Or probably some latest Microsoft updates cause that. Unfortunately we can't reproduce the error on any of our testing PCs. Will do all our best to fix it asap.
    Sorry.

  • Hi

We hope that the problem will be solved.

We can say for sure that the problem is not related to the provider, operating system, firewall, Antivirus, hardware, as for inspection took place on various configurations of computers and operating systems.
