exposure fault
« on: 24 Apr 2019, 15:44 »
Hi, my exposure is flashing £46.96 every few seconds, even though I have no current bets or active markets? it then returns to zero for a few seconds before flashing up £46.96 again?

Any ideas anyone? utterly baffled...

Hello!

Do your Balance and Available Funds update accordingly, i.e. Available Funds show as £46.96 less than the Balance?

yes OXA, on the next race it increased to £77.38 as back bets were triggered, I cancelled these bets straight away and the exposure then returned to zero before once again flashing every few seconds at £77.38 despite no current bets being active, I watched for a few minutes and exposure would show up at intervals of 3 - 20 seconds randomly, always the same amount, I then switched it off, came back the next day and it's been fine since?

I'm just concerned it might happen again, could it have been an API fault?

I'm puzzled. I could run special tests for your account to find the possible cause if this were a recurrent problem.
Please let me know if this ever happens again, but this is the first time I've heard of such problem.
