Football both teams to score trigger

I have developed a trigger following the manual ( i think ) to back both teams to score and it does not work. Can anybody help by pointing out my error.

I tested your trigger and it works fine.
In your monitoring settings make sure you start monitoring markets at least 40mins before the start in order to meet your minutes before the off condition.
And just to check, you are loading "Both Teams to Score?" markets?
