selection name in list
« on: 10 Apr 2023, 11:05 »
i

I'm trying to set up a trigger to use selections name is in list, I haven't done this before so might be missing something

I have 'Rossbrook Zoe' in my text file, but none of the selections matches against it

I couldn't find anything in the manual, but am I missing something?

cheers!

Try to not use quotes in the file.
MF needs quotes for "Trigger expression ... is in the file" because the trigger expression parser omit spaces.

thanks Tim

I tried without the quotes and the logs show it was trying to match against rossbrookzoe which also wasn't successful

Ive just tried another one now, swiftpele which hasn't matched against any of the selections

Hi
For greyhounds you will need the trap number in the text file because Betfair include it as part of the selection name:

"2. Swift Pele"
"3. Rossbrook Zoe"

you can see it in the logs you posted
