Frustrating trial

So I just downloaded this very promising looking software, the trial however has been quite frustrating so far. For the past hour I've been trying to load markets in the ''Time machine mode'', but I keep getting "Error while downloading the market: Failure to download Market ID ******. Please contact support''.

I've tried ''Download purchases'' with different amounts, I've clicked on about anything that was displayed beneath ''All purchased'', I've tried downloading matches under ''[Free Test Meeting]'' and I've reset the data base and updated the events tree multiple times. I've disabled Avast. And I've tried all of the 3 different versions currently downloadable on your site. But whatever I do I keep getting the error message.

Again this program looks very nice, so it's frustrating that I can't even get it to do the most basic thing. Am I not seeing something or is this some sort of bug/server problem??

Did it happen after you receiving e-mail confirming your TM data is ready?
Because you'd posted the topic before we generated your files.
Please try to reset database and download again.
