Funds goes to zero

I noticed this started last night - every ten seconds I refresh my balance and it's happening all the time that Available funds goes to zero and balance to minus 1.
Then it will go back to my correct balance.
Problem is i'm missing bets as if it tries to trigger when balance is minus 1 nothing happens.
Is there an issue with the API?

Just to report I've had the same problem, started last week and was happening quite often. No problems since last weekend, but today I've had a few of these.

Setting: update balance 10 secs
No errors recorded in the program log

Yeah this recent problem is very annoying, especially if you miss a profit as a result.
My experience is that the glitch lasts from about 2 to 10 secs.
My uneducated guess is that it's Betfair's fault !

It's all screwed up - twice this morning it's set as finished a big chunk of todays races and I've had to reload them again.
Funds still going to zero regularly.

The issues with funds going to zero, and markets randomly finishing before they've started, and the market locator sometimes not picking up all the markets that it should, are affecting quite a few people by the sound of it, myself included.  

I agree with pfc that the likely culprit is a change in the Betfair API that hasn't been communicated properly to software suppliers, as prior to about a month ago all these areas were rock solid in market feeder.

In another thread Oxa provided a link to a beta version of the software that attempted to address the markets finished problem.  I installed it, and since then all of the above issues have been better, but by no means 100% better.  It might be worth trying it Hoodlikt to see if it helps:

I have downloaded new beta version - problem still persisits funds going to zero all the time - if it's that state when my triggers are due to fire - will not work.

Have Betfair been contacted to see if the problem is at their end and an effort made to fix it ?

This error message appears a lot recently for me, yet never used to.  It seems to coincide with the funds going to zero problem.

also auto betting did work today - lucky I guess - but I had set 'stop automated betting when total bank has reached' limit - that limit was exceeded so no trigger should have fired but one did - this has never happened before and i've been using this product for years.

Sorry to report this has happened to me again today and I'm assuming its the same issue.

I'm not in during the day when the races are taking place so I only get to review my results once they are finished.

I should have had bets on 31 races today but only ended up with bets on 18 in the end.

It's been occurring this way often for the past few weeks but I just it was me or something I was doing wrong

so I just lived with it.

I had this error message today. What is going on ? 
Is it connected to the 2-3 minute interval disconnection problem ?

Me Too.
This is happening continually with both horse and greyhound markets.
This morning (Saturday), I had the full day's UK greyhounds loaded in my markets. I was watching my screen whilst the first race of the day took place at Harlow. I did not have a bet in the race. When it had finished my funds went to zero, and balance -£1.00. All the races in my markets became jumbled up, timewise. several blocks became greyed out, and all the remaining races at Harlow disappeared completely. I deleted all my markets and reloaded them using market locator. The next race at Harlow the 8.27 am was a 5 dog affair, the 2 dog was withdrawn at 7.45 am.
Surely this must be happening to everyone. Hoping for a fix soon. Cheers.

Happening to me to, hardly any bets being placed:(

Something not right with the greyhound markets today.  Loaded all up and it was fine for half the day.  Then I found that no wins/losses were showing in each market for the rest of the day and all remaining races were greyed out.  I reloaded all remaining markets and some started refreshing normally with bets being placed, but there was then another block of markets greyed out, followed by a block that seemed they would refresh normally.  I could individually refresh the greyed out markets, but that's a bit of a pain.
