great difficulty accessing logs

Hi,
I have mentioned this problem before.
I am still having difficulty accessing the log files.
Namely the three tabs  "program" "statement" and "trigger logs"
I have 8GB ram and 300 gb of disk space so no space issues.
I checked the task manager and the performance was good.
After much messing about by clicking all tabs I finally manage to get them up
otherwise it wouldn't happen. Someone else on the forum chimed in saying the same.
I have cleared out the logs using the settings set to '0' and cleared the statements
but this doesn't have any effect. I also tried loading different profiles to no avail.
Can someone on support please advise on this issue and hopefully rectify it as it is very frustrating.

I did have the same problem but since I updated to the latest version of MFP it's been fine... However my available funds and UK balance is constantly sticking, almost every day it freezes on a figure and will not alter until I restart the program?
