Has anyone tried to subscribe recently?
« on: 07 Nov 2025, 22:22 »
After using MFPro continuously for about 20 years, I tried to add a 3 month subscription this evening using Paypal.  In the past the new key has arrived in my inbox within a few minutes.  On this occasion nothing.  I presumed it was automatic.  Is this the end?

What other bots are there?

Well it looks like this will be my last weekend of profitable betting with MFPro.  It seems like they have gone missing.  I know it is an "elephant in the room" but where is the evidence anyone is still running the company other than the website remains active? It's a great shame that the best betting software ever invented is probably gone.  It's even more frustrating that the software is still working perfectly up until the point where my subscription expires tomorrow.  Oh well, looks like I will be spending my weekend downloading some free trials of other betting bots to find the optimum one for my main strategies.

Hi Rubold.   We joined within a few months of each other back in the day, so I share your apprehension that the software is approaching end of life, which is such a massive shame.  I have no more knowledge of the situation than you do, but it's not looking hopeful.  For those of us who still have time on our licences, I imagine that the software will continue working until their deal with Betfair as an API partner comes up for renewal, and that will be the final nail in the coffin.

Similarly I imagine that this forum will get the plug pulled suddenly once the website hosting bill is due.  Without this site we will all be in the dark, as there is no redditt or discord group associated with Market Feeder Pro.

It's all such a shame, as this is hands down the best automated betfair sofware in existence, and I really hope that Welldonesoft are able to keep the product going.

I hope your new licence key comes through.  Good luck!

OK this is weird.  On friday I applied for a new 3 month subscription by accepting the warning message from within the programme and duly paid via paypal.  In the past when I've paid, Paypal redirects to the Welldone page which states that a new subscription key will be sent to my email address shortly.  This hasn't happened.  Today I went to the Try For Free page on the website and clicked Subscribe Now. This took me to next page where a subscription key appeared in the box.  I copied this and used it in the acitivate subscription box within the programme and it stated the new expiry date was now 09/02/26.  Is this how they are now renewing subs. rather than issuing new keys.  I think I had pasted an old key in the box on the subscribe now page and when I was redirected to Payal there was a mention of my client number, so perhaps they are using old keys after you have bought a new subscription.  So perhaps it not as dead as we thought.  IN December 2023 Oxa posted that they were concentrating all theri efforts on a new cloud based version.   I'm confused. any ideas?

I have no more knowledge than you do, but I'm glad that your subscription got renewed, and it's useful information for anyone else whose in the same situation.  Oxa hasnt been active on the forum since February 2025, but maybe MarkV has some more information?

Hi
I'm in the same boat I'm afraid and don't have any further info to offer on the future of this fantastic software.

Regarding the subs issues, again I can't help much as I have a lifetime licence and cannot replicate a renewal. But I have seen on the website page for renewing this text:

To PROLONG your subscription enter any previous subscription key for MarketFeeder Pro you have ever received from us.
It can be either the key for your free trial or the key of your previous subscription.
Its format is XXXX-XXXX-XXXX where X stands for a latin letter.

It is possible the in-app renewal process may have a glitch, but the workaround is likely as rubold's experience shows, to renew via website using any previously issued key.

Also just for clarity as I know it is a bit confusing, I am a long time user of MFP and I do not work for WellDone. I did a spell of trigger development for MFP but have not been doing that for many years now. Basically I just try and help on the forum with my MFP experience if anyone has a technical query.

Like you guys I really hope MFP continues.
