HELP! No Message! What is this?

Has anyone come across this one - and a cure?

I am suddenly getting "No Message" in Chose Software Mode" box on starting up. See attachment.

If you do continue I get "Logger Problem" and "No Message" appearing in several places aat the top of the normal window.

I have restarted and re installed V8.0.0.15 - not helping.

Thoughts?

hi
it looks like mfp has been blocked from using the internet.
check your antivirus updates and make sure that mfp has full access.
also make sure that you are running as administrator.
check any other software updates that can block mfp.

It is something to do with that. Zonealarm (suddenly, yesterday after many years of MFpro) has decided this file is harmful - see attachment.

I thought it was just me Alfaman, as my kaspersky keeps telling me mf pro is a virus too!

i get the attached message.
After kaspersky deleted the Trojan, I then got your log in problem exactly. So had to uninstall and re install all over again, this time turning off kespersky ALL WORKING NOW THOUGH!

Basically Avast was reporting MFP as a false positive.

Just to let you know that we're dealing with this problem, and trying to find out what particular code section triggered the false positive. We'll be cooperating with the AV companies, and hopefully will manage to get a fix soon.
