HELP NEEDED - VERY SIMPLE QUESTION

Hi Guys,

I have searched the forum high and low for the answer to this very simple question to no avail.

What is the correct way to write 20% in the below condition?

Selections Volume % is greater than      is it       .20

                                                               or   *20

                                                               or   0.20

I just can't seem to make one work   

Any help would be appreciated.

and selections volume% is equal or greater than 20
that is a simple twenty, not point twenty.
