Help with a trigger

Hi to all.

Im trying to make a trigger that bet in play to the draw at certain odds, only in matches that the  back price of the selection with lower odds is between 2 and 4.

For example i have the next soccer match

Sao Paulo: 2.64
Draw: 4.1
Internacional: 6.4

As we can see, the selection with lower odds in this match is Sao Paulo and is between 2 and 4. (2<2.64<4).

Im trying to make a lay bet (inplay) if the draw in play reach the odds between 2 and 3. Im trying to follow the draw in play in this kind of matches and lay it.

Im not interested in matches where the selection with lower odds pre event is lower than 2 and higher than 4.

Is possible do this? Can someone help me?
