Horse racing silks data not loading

Hi guys, I am loading UK horse races in full mode option, but it is failing to include any racing silks data. This is happening to every race not just some. 
I have the correct boxes ticked in settings, because I operate on them on a daily basis. Could someone please let me know if you are also unable to get this data on your race card screen, or is it only me that this is happening to.
It has happened before, but only with the odd meeting, but today it has been every meeting and is including all tomorrows meetings so far.
