How to set the "Triggers" (horse racing) - monitoring favorite

Hi,

 I'm new here, sorry for poor English - please bear with us.

 How to set parameters "Triggers":

[BEFORE IN-PLAY]
 a) 1-st favorite (horse "Blue Sky", a course eg 3.00)
 b) before IN-Play: 10 seconds

 [IN-PLAY]
 a) "Blue Sky" is no longer the favorite (ODDS increased to 4.00)
 b) "Trigger" continues to monitor the odds of the horse ("Blue Sky")

Comment: The program should observe the same horse before IN-PLAY and during IN-PLAY. I would like to use it (automatically) in the next races.
