Oxa's advice is good, everything will always be in the trigger logs, but to help you just a little, here is what I can see from your trigger:
price: actual_sp, this will be zero until the market is turned in-play, but your market status for the trigger is: idle or suspended, plus your condition minutes before the off means actual_sp will always be zero.
have a look at near_sp and far_sp variables to see if they will be suitable alternatives for you.
