i need to activate my scratch trigger if my offset has not triggered after 10 se

Once my back bet is matched if after 10 seconds my 1 tick offset trigger  has not fired  then trigger scratch trade? how do i this?

Add the following conditions to the scratch trigger:

and Trigger {greening up immediately tick} Number of runs per selection is equal to 0
and Selection's Trigger Expression (now_time - bm_backtime)/mf_second is equal or greater than 10

The bm_backtime variable returns the time of the last back matched bet.
