If horse name contains True is care needed?
« on: 23 Jun 2018, 02:53 »
I notice from looking at my trigger log files that when a horse name is like for example "True Delight" that in the file it is written in uppercase and bold font as though it is a binary TRUE value.

Is this any cause for caution or does MFPro cope OK with such names?

I assume other examples like "False", "Yes", "No" present in horse names may also show this effect.

Some programs like MS Access may throw odd errors when for example a surname like "No" is encountered unless care is taken in defining the field properties.

Hello!

That's a minor problem in the log browser displaying log records. I will report this to my colleague who is in charge of the logging system.

Apart from that, the presence of "True", "False", "Yes", "No", etc. in the names of horses should not cause any problems whatsoever trigger-wise.
