Lay the draw green up not working

Strange this one. 

I've modified the free Ltd trigger a little bit to match what I want it to do and when. The lay bet works fine. ...the distribute loss works fine but I can't for the life of me get the green up to work. 

I've not modified ithe green up bit in any way at all so it should green up but it doesn't. I'm in time machine mode using the Brazil Croatia test match. 

I'll try live testing to see if it makes a difference but I suspect not. Anyone got any ideas?
