laying at less than lay price [TCKT22052013TCK]

Hi ,can you tell me how I ask my lay trigger to lay at a price 2 ticks less than the current lay price. Also how long do you normally have to wait for an email back from market feeder tech support- contacted them a couple of days back but not even an acknowledgement back .Many thanks.

normally you will here within 48 hours, but oxa was away last week ,so she has some catching up to do.
the answer to your question is r_ticks(lay_price,-2)
you can change the -2 to whatever you want, -2=2 ticks less than, 2=2 ticks more than.
