losing markets

Hi,
My list of markets, on several occasions,for the past few days, have disappeared for a short period of time (within a minute), then reload.
So, my test bets are triggered again giving me false results.
Has anybody experienced this? and does anybody have a remedy?

Not sure, I think I had that problem very occasionally a long time ago.  I always put it down to loss of internet connection, where the default update list of bets every 3 seconds occurred when the connection was down, the bets would disappear and then re-appear when the connection was resumed.    Check if it only happens in Live betting and not in Test mode.

Just noticed you mentioned test bets, but were you testing in Live mode?

Thinking about it, I have never seen the list of markets disappear, so hadn't read your query properly:-\

The only thing that would affect the markets in My markets is the Scheduled Market search, if you are using a setting that runs a market locator file every hour say and is set to Clear My Markets first.
