The moving average of the last traded price depends on the idle_rate/inplay_rate from current profile settings? What is the situation in the Time machine mode? It recorded in the database or it is calculated during time?

Yes, the value is calculated from the data of refreshes. And TimeMachine simulate that behaviour (it acts as BetFair Exchange seeding the data to MarketFeeder).
