Market feeder "program logs" error
« on: 22 Jul 2013, 16:25 »
I have had an issue arise today that I can not seem to fix.

Market trader logs each time opened shows no information and just an error at the top of the page in red "undefined"

I have tried reinstalling and no difference.

Can someone give me advice on how to rectify this please.

Thanks.

Looks like some log file is corrupted.
Try to delete logs (in the profile's directory) or clone profile and delete old one (to clean all logs)

Hi,

The profile directory I have does not have a folder named logs ?

I have just tried again to do a full installation from scratch but for some reason all the settings are remembered despite using the un-install  function to remove the program and checking the directories have been deleted.

Regards

I have just solved the above issue.

I had to go into settings, betting options, triggers, and set the program to clear all log records older than 0 days on program startup.

I restarted and it seem to have worked.
