Market locator not working

Hi I am getting a problem with the market locator not posting any sports so nil markets will load. I can manually enter markets in my markets....but it does get a bit tedious.

Make sure all the programs are being allowed through your firewall and anti-virus.  Then close program and restart computer.  If this fails to correct fault then log in with a different profile.  If problem still persists then uninstall and reinstall program.

Also make sure the program is being run as administrator.
