Market prefixes for soccer don't work. Serious problem with MF PRO operation

I use Time Machine to test strategies. I have purchased soccer games through 2021. They are doing well. But I bought some more soccer markets today and wanted to test a strategy. I noticed that the market prefixes are not working. In particular the prefixes football1_, football2_, football3 and so on don't work.


The screenshot shows the game in 2024 (Sept. 14). In the game of 2021 and earlier, all these prefixes work fine.

This is the exact reason why my trigger stopped working correctly.

I noticed that market_code on total markets (over/under) is always 0. But on the market “Match Odds” market code is 5 as it should be.

What could be the problem? How to solve it?

I sent a ticket, but I didn't get a response.

As I have now investigated, MF is not seeing market code for Over/Under soccer markets for at least the September and October games. Because of this, prefixes like football6_, football7_, footbal8_ and so on do not work. This problem is relevant for Over/Under markets! 

I ask the MF PRO developers to provide feedback on this critical issue.

If the problem is with the data, can I get my money back? Is there such a problem for November and December matches?

Just bought the soccer games for Time Machine from November and December of the month of 2024 and the problem persists. I am waiting for feedback from you on this problem.

Hello! I am sorry to hear that you're having these problems. Looks like only the Russian version of the program and only in Time Machine mode was affected, so I am going to switch to Russian in my message below to explain how you can fix it.

К сожалению, операторы BetFair иногда переименовывают футбольные рынки (такое ощущение, что экспериментируют с названиями), иногда могут заменить "е" на "ё" или лишний пробел добавить. Из-за этого сбивается алгоритм распознавания этих рынков в Time Machine.

Вы можете удалить эти рынки с компьютера и перекачать их, чтобы исправить проблему. Для этого сделайте следующее:

1. Выделите в списке рынков рынки с неправильно определяемым кодом рынка. Кликните правой кнопкой и выберите "Удалить данные рынка с диска". См. изображение time_machine_step1.png.

2. ВАЖНО! Перезапустите MarketFeeder Pro. Дождитесь, пока он скачает новое дерево рынков. Затем скачайте те же рынки заново из раздела "Все купленные". См. изображение time_machine_step2.png.

3. Проверьте, правильно ли определяются коды рынка в окне переменных Характерная деталь: в названии рынков Over/Under второе слово будет начинаться с заглавной буквы "М", т.е. "Больше/Меньше", а не "Больше/меньше", как до этого. См. изображение time_machine_step3.png.

Этот простой прием должен помочь.
