When setting up markets how do i only select Horse races with 10 or more entries

When i am setting up the markets for horse racing is there a setting i can change so that it only shows races with 10 or more horses?

In the Market Locator, or in a trigger, use this condition:
markets number of selections is equal or greater than 10
