matched bets not showing

Would anybody know why my matched and unmatched bets aren't showing in their respected columns on the right?.I am running a trigger in live mode,it shows total in exposure section and i can hear bets being put on but nothing else?

make sure that you have ticked retrieve bet list and account statement etc for the country that you are betting in (in the settings at the top of the bot screen).

They are ticket.Would it have anything to do with me changing refresh rates,that's the only thing ive changed recently?

The matched bets have just appeared five mins after the 2.30 race has finish,very strange!!

Also my account statement is working,that hasn't worked for three months

your reqest rate should be minimum 10.
anything less and you are restricting the bot to much.

It is 10 and 0.20 in play.

In the 2.45 race they have appeared 2 mins after race,is it my internet connection? although bets are being layed very quickly in play.

i ment the reqest rate in the connection monitor should be minimum 10

your refresh would be ok at 1 for idle and should be .30 for inplay or you risk been charged for over use of the api.

Iv'e set those,its no different.Not to worry ,as long as the trigger does its job which it is.
