Guys what is going on with menu really? I switched to 8.8.1 and its nightmare now, I was struggling to load games manually before and its impossible now. Its "loading" forever. Can you fix this issue please as I need to add games manually, its pretty useless without this feature for me.

That's weird because right now I'm checking the "unknown path" issue and constantly expand the nodes, making requests to the tree service, etc.
And... nothing wrong even once...
P.S. the latest version is 8.9.2.3, not sure how the 8.8.* works at all still.

Hi, just downloaded latest version as suggested. Tried to load Soccer tab. Started recording while opening. Gave up after a minute. Must be something wrong as other user COLING reported same issue yesterday.

Edit. Few minutes gone and finally Soccer tab got opened. Way to long.

Cannot attach mp4 file so uploaded if you need it.

I see the only 4 requests from your ip to the tree service. 
So probably it's an Internet connection issue with your VPN?

Am i doing something wrong, ive updated to the new version, i set the refresh rate to 4 but it is only refreshing every 7 or 8 seconds, far to slow, nothing is getting matched when my trigger is executed

Yes, the 8.9.* versions use a "more secure" protocol to connect BetFair as they requested.
More bits to encrypt - more time to send request.
But it must not be so significant, approx +0.2 sec we've noticed.
Did you uninstall the previous version or just update it over? Please try to delete it completely from c:\Program Files\ before updating...

OK thanks, dont know if this is significant but i looked at taskmanager when it is getting sluggish and it is showing running at 157000 k, if i restart it runs at 44k for a while and is fine for an hour or so but then goes back up to 157000

The memory allocation depends on number of markets, triggers and their complication, refresh rate, logging (wring logs could be expensive for slow disk), using Excel, slow Internet connection and combinations of them...

Doubt it. When opening Soccer - Todays Fixtures its smooth as before, there are no delays, I can open every game/market listed there straight away. The issue starts when I go into "soccer" and then try to open particular countries. More than that, how can this be connection issue related when other people, like COLING got exactly the same problem? Yeah may be such coincidence but still - why Todays Fixtures works fine then?

Looks like MFP got issues with football games listed for more than two days ahead, struggling to load them straight away.
