  • Hi,

I am using the windows 10. I started the MF pro, chosed the markets and started running the trigger. After about 1 hour i went to check and i realised that it was running as a background process.

That wouldn´t cause me any problem if i knew how to re-open that same instance, to see how things are going on, without shutting down the PC.

Should it be running as a background process? If yes, how can i re-open that same instance? If not, how can i avoid it to happen again?

    Thanks

  • What do you mean by "background process"?
    No windows at all?

  • hi
just open the hidden icons in the bottom right corner of your bot screen and select mfp.
you must have pressed the arrow instead of the _ at the top of mfp right screen.
the arrow sends mfp to the tray.

yes, there is no windows at all. It´s running as an hidden process. I can see that in the task manager, but i don´t have any botton to re-open it.

There is nothing in the hidden icons in the tray. I know it should be listed there near the anti virus, skype and others. But this it isn´t.

Is there any other way to re-open it when no icon appears on the tray?

    Thanks

  • hi
    the profile must be corrupted.
shut your computer down after mfp has finished betting.
    start your computer.
open mfp, at the login screen press the green cross and create a new profile.
start the new profile and load the trigger that you were using.
do your normal setup for the new profile(start times etc)
if all is ok then open mfp again, at the login screen select the corrupted profile and press the red dash to delete it.

  • Hi,

I will do that but honestly i don´t think the profile is corrupt, the MFP appears to be running normally, just in background and without any visible icon.

Sometimes some processes don´t appear in the hidden icons in the right corner of the tray. I guess that´s normal. I just don´t know how to show those icons again.

    Thanks,
