MFP CRASHES
« on: 04 May 2025, 14:44 »
Hello.
In the settings, when I have selected the refresh account statement option, sometimes the MFP crashes.
Has anyone had the same problem and knows how to solve it?
I say this because when this option is not selected, it never crashes.
Thank you.

Hi
Close down the program and delete all folders and files in this path and then see if the problem is fixed.

Hi
Try opening a new settings profile with the default settings, don't copy or clone an existing profile.
If the problem still happens please could you post a screenshot.

I've tried that and the same thing always happens. A bar appears at the top next to the balance and the software is doing a refesh and ends up getting stuck (I don't have an image)

Are there any red errors in the program log?
