  • Hello.
    In the settings, when I have selected the refresh account statement option, sometimes the MFP crashes.
    Has anyone had the same problem and knows how to solve it?
    I say this because when this option is not selected, it never crashes.

    Close down the program and delete all folders and files in this path and then see if the problem is fixed. 
    C:\Users\%username%\MarketFeeder Pro 8\profiles\%profile name%\logs\

  • Hi
    Try opening a new settings profile with the default settings, don't copy or clone an existing profile.
    If the problem still happens please could you post a screenshot.

  • I've tried that and the same thing always happens. A bar appears at the top next to the balance and the software is doing a refesh and ends up getting stuck (I don't have an image)

  • I can't see the program logs from yesterday which is when the software crashed.

  • Hi Mark,
    No errors in the program log.
    I've closed the statement log that I had running in the background and issue seems to have stopped for the time being.
