No volume, no SP

Does anybody face a problem of not showing BetFair SP (near, far, actual) prices and/or selection's volume in real mode?

just loaded the horse racing and there is near , far and in markets that have just finished there is SP prices.

We have received some data from users who do not see matched volume, which indicates that the response they get from BetFair in return for a market refresh request indeed has zero for totalMatched.

We will now contact BetFair to see whether they can provide some explanation.

Here are the latest news (I am quoting a BetFair API representative):

Accounts that exhibit this behaviour have had a restriction placed on them due to suspected unlicensed commercial use of BetFair data.

This means that they have an enforced delay set on their account so the behaviour they see is effectively the same as that of providing access via a Delayed App Key i.e. delayed prices, zero traded volume. 

You should ask these customers to contact us directly via BetFair.com/support/" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">https://developer.BetFair.com/support/ for further information.

So if you do not see volume in MF Pro, please contact BetFair directly to find out if your account is restricted.

That's typical BetFair, they probably haven't even advised those customers that their accounts are restricted.

In the next software update we will notify the user that they are getting delayed market info (i.e. no volume and delayed prices).
