  • Hi, MFPro has not been working since earlier this afternoon, either freezing immediately on logging in or after a couple of minutes or so. I have rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled the program, created new profiles, but nothing has done the trick. What can I do to get it to work please.

    If it was working before then something must have been updated or installed since to stop MFP.
    A few things you can try:
    Re-allow MFP full access through antivirus and firewall
    See the second bullet in the FAQ here regarding DEP
    Although you have re-installed MFP, it may be worth manually deleting the old log folders in any profiles. The process is described in Item 4. here
