monitoring at wrong times.
« on: 05 May 2015, 16:44 »
I stop monitoring races an hour before the off. Have done for several months.
Yesterday I updated my version to the latest one and now I get random monitoring of markets that I have stopped monitoring. This leaves me with just the result on my spread sheet, the valuable data having been lost? Today all of Brighton data is lost but not the two jumps meetings.

I shall try system restore to roll back to the previous version.

Not a happy bunny.

Hi moose,

The code responsible for starting/stopping markets has not been changed in the newer version. I have just checked it again and it does work as required.
So the problem might be in your settings. Can you attach the screenshot of your Monitoring Options here?

Did you include the action of changing refresh rate or deleting markets in any of your triggers?
Always try your triggers in Test Mode before switching to real money!

Hi Oxa,
thanks for the pointer. I've set a 'delete market' trigger which has cured my problem.

I'm confident it wasn't settings as it didn't affect all markets.

regards
Moose
