multiple instances of same horse
« on: 28 Nov 2015, 15:07 »
Hi,

I have a combined system, which consists of 6 strategies, each of these strategies has its own set of selections for the day. The selections are stored in a file which MFP will read. I need to know if MFP will detect that there are up to 6 instances of the same horse and place 6 separate bets? If that is the case, how do I set this up? If this is not the case, can anybody help me in setting MFP up to do this?

Thanks

Mark.

hi
mfp will read and place bets on any selection in the list.

so all betting triggers will place a bet on the selection in your list.
if you need help then request a free trigger and include your trigger to be altered, using this link.

Hi mcbee, thanks for your response.

I tried it today, and from this small selection list which was contained in the file, MFP only place ONE SINGLE instance of the horses which were called for more than once.

from below, you can see that Edward Elgar appears twice, and Derryogue appears three times, yet MFP only placed a single bet for each - as shown in my statement for today...

Looks like I am going to have to create separate files to only show unique selections, and create the appropriate trigger to take its selection from there.

which is a bit disappointing.
