New Posts Section has become useless

I have a problem with all the Russian adverts clogging up the New Posts section.  Today, almost a whole page of rubbish with a picture of window film and text that won't translate.  PLease block them.

Added more secure CAPTCHA for registration process and premoderation for first post from new users.
