  • hi,

    I am not getting any trigger logs on a new trigger I am trying.
    There are no error messages and no bets qualify but as I understand
    it trigger logs should be ongoing but are not.
    Can someone please tell me where I am going wrong.

    Please check Settings > Betting Options > Triggers > Log information about triggers is ticked?
    If you change a setting, save and restart the program.
    In the trigger file is “Logged” ticked for all blocks and triggers (it should be by default)

    The settings are correct and I closed the program and restarted to see if it made any difference but it didn't.
    The program logs are working okay and bets are being placed.
    It worked until I installed a new trigger I am trying. The new trigger file "logged" boxes are all ticked.

  • Are both trigger bulbs green? - see screenshot
    Is the market refreshing?
    Please try it again with a known working trigger file. If that works then the fault must be in your new trigger file.

    All settings are okay and the problem appeared to be too many logs in the
    file. I saw the setting   settings/betting options/at the start of the program clear log records older than "2" days. I altered it to "1" days but still no logs being recorded so I then set it to "0" days and ran the trigger again and they started recording.
    Is there any other way to clear the trigger log file ?

    I think you have cleared them now. It could be you are short on disk space in which case you will need to keep an eye on things.

    Fore reference the path for the logs is below, but it is always best to clear them as you have just done. i.e. dont delete the folder unless in an emergency.

    C:\Users\<username>\MarketFeeder Pro 7\profiles\<profile name>\ logs\triggers\

    The setting of clearing in "1" day hopefully will be okay. Otherwise as you say I will set to "0" and restart the program as I had done, for clearing out purposes.
    I have 355GB free disk space :)

  • With that amount of space there should not be any problems at all, unless there was a corruption of some sort.

    I think there may be a corrupt file as the following day I had the same problem and by setting it to "0" days and restarting the program the problem again was rectified.
    Would you recommend a new install ?

  • I had to use a new profile today too, my 5th since going on to MFP7, it just seems to happen every so often ??? once I've done this it all works fine again...
