Out of System Resources

I get this little dialogue window pop up quite a bit saying "out of system resources" even though it's a fast pc.

I do have lots of bets on, how do I prevent it?

add a flash card to your computer or/and set your virtual memory to 4gb

Currently had virtual memory set to windows manage it, as I have an ssd and 32 gig memory machine, I've increased it as your have suggested thanks.
