problem with LIVE greyhound results

for the past few days the results have been showing but the pw_1_sel_index is not picking them up.
i have to switch to test mode then select the winner again and then switch back to live mode before the pw_1_sel_index will eccept the result.
the first result is ok
then all results after are not eccepted, they are showing as a result.
has betfair altered there results formula again.
i have tried v.43 and v.39, but have the same problem

i have added 2 triggers to switch from live to test then back to live.
so the pw_1_sel_index is now working.
i need to know if it is mfp/betfair or my computer
if it is my computer then i can find the problem or take it to the shop and have windows re-installed.

today i system restore to see if it would fix the problem.
used 1 bot with no test mode switch triggers and all worked ok.
so the problem seems to be my computer.

I can confirm this that using the latest version doesn't have this issue anymore.
