Problem with Real Money Mode!
« on: 28 Feb 2015, 07:02 »
Hi guys,

This started happening today.

My trigger will work fine as it should in test mode, but when switched to real money mode the trigger will not seem to do anything.  For example in the active triggers window that usually shows you what the trigger is doing, it will just be blank, but then work again as it should as soon as I switch back to test mode.

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing MF but same problem occurs.

Thanks

Dean

This often occurs after there has been new anti-virus/firewall software installed or an automatic update, that blocks internet access.

Thankyou.

This is very strange, nothing has updated or changed that i am aware of.

Any suggestions on how to track down the culprit??

Not so sure this is the problem, I have tried turning firewall off, disabling virus protection and the problem persists.
MF is still able to communicate with BF as all markets get loaded and price changes etc. work but the trigger will not operate.

I can't think of much else that could cause it, other than obvious ones like account not funded enough, triggers not enabled either in trigger file or settings.  I would try a different profile, that has often corrected faults in my experience.
